GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF:
1.- PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “GTU”) govern access to and use of the website under the domain www.teulamar.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by “TEULAMAR SL” (hereinafter, “TEULAMAR”), which is made available to users (hereinafter, the “User(s)”).

2.- ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Use of the Website constitutes full acceptance by the User of the GTU in force each time the User accesses the Website. Therefore, if the User does not agree with any of the conditions set forth herein, they must refrain from using this Website.
Accordingly, the User must carefully read the GTU each time they intend to use the Website.
In any event, TEULAMAR reserves the right to modify the GTU at any time and without prior notice. Likewise, TEULAMAR reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or discontinue operation of the Website at any time.
“Use of the Website” shall mean any User who accesses and browses the Website, regardless of whether they complete the registration forms.

TEULAMAR does not guarantee the availability or continuity of operation of the Website or of the services or Content offered therein, nor that the content available on its Website is up to date, and shall be exempt from any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from such circumstances.
TEULAMAR shall, whenever circumstances do not make this impossible or excessively difficult, and as soon as it becomes aware of errors, disconnections and/or lack of updates to the Content, carry out all such actions as may be necessary to correct the errors, restore communication and/or update the relevant Content.

7.- ACTIONS IN THE EVENT OF BREACH
TEULAMAR reserves the right to take any legal action available to it in order to enforce any liabilities arising from a User’s breach of any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Website.
8.- PARTIAL INVALIDITY
The declaration that any of the clauses contained in these General Terms and Conditions is null, invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to be binding upon the parties.
9.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These GTU shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.
Any dispute relating to the terms and conditions of use and access to this Website contained in these General Terms and Conditions of the Website shall be submitted by the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply to them, except where otherwise required by law, to the Courts of Dénia, Spain.

For the purposes of serving the relevant notices, TEULAMAR designates the contact address specified in the Legal Notice.
The email address provided by the User during the registration process on the Website shall be used by TEULAMAR for the purpose of serving notices on the User.

All notices issued by TEULAMAR to the User shall be deemed validly served where they have been sent using the details and through the means indicated above.
